Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Storyds. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Storyds

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Your stories

You own what you write. By publishing on Storyds, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your story inside the app, including as images readers share. This license ends when you delete the story or your account, except for copies readers already shared.

3. Only post what you have the right to post

Your stories must be your own work, or work you have permission to publish. Don't post anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no place on Storyds for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Everything you post must follow our Community Guidelines. Readers can report any story and block any writer. We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks the rules, and suspend or remove the accounts of people who post it.

5. Things you must not do

Don't harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Don't spam, scrape the app, try to break into accounts or systems, or use Storyds for anything illegal.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.

7. The service as is

We work hard to keep Storyds running, but it is provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Storyds isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for stories written by other users.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app first. If you keep using Storyds after that, the new terms apply.
